Weakling

Early end of season for McGrady

Know what makes the likes of Russell, Bird, Jordan, Bryant, and James great basketball athletes? They are made of steel – mentally and physically. Athletes, like soldiers, should build their bodies to be like armors. This is so because they face a constant battle that they should not feel the bumps and bruises it brings, else they gradually weaken to the point of submission.

It is therefore annoying to see athletes get injured so often. While it may not be entirely of their own fault, it still reflects much on how they prepared themselves for the game – both mind and body.

This is why the likes of McGrady, Redd, Oden and the other athletes who always seem to get injured will never have greatness in them no matter how much potential they have… because they never build themselves for it in the first place.
